Congratulations to Dungannon Tigers , they are a good outfit. Regardless of us getting to the final or not , it was nice to be asked and it was a privilege to take part in the Tournament , in what I'm sure is a very emotional and difficult time for both the Mc Groogan family and Draperstown FC. Although the players are disappointed at losing , from a Managers point of view it was an invaluable 3 games for the club / players and that was what we set out to do......we got 25 players involved over the last 3 games , so I'm really pleased with our performance at this stage of Pre season , and 3 more weeks to go. We are looking to build a strong Club , with good fellas on board , just not good footballers but good lads as well and Gary , Ralph , myself and the rest of the coaches have worked hard over the last 18 months to get where we are so the future is bright , we just need to keep plugging away Good luck to Draperstown Football Club in the coming Season and hopefully we'll have the pleasure of being invited back for next year.
